VF is offering a Sales Operations Internship at our EMEA HQ in Stabio, Switzerland, supporting the Smartwool & icebreaker (SWIB) Sales Operation Team. The role focuses on analysis, reporting, and data-driven decision making across cross‑functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain.

You will gain hands‑on experience with BI reporting, forecasting, and campaign support in a global brand environment, with a structured learning path and a 12‑month program.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Flawless attention to detail and the ability to stay on track.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Ability to plan your own work, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Ideal degree: Economics/Statistics/Management Engineering.

Aufgaben

• Support management and sales force with regular and ad hoc business analysis and reporting, including stock lists, reorders, preseason, cancellations, orderbook tracking and shipments analysis.
• Provide support for sales forecasting, strategic planning, account planning and other sales management processes.
• Provide support for sales campaign setup and execution.
• Provide distribution analysis and maintain and improve customer classification information in the systems.
• Coordinate reports with other departments, including Planning, Customer Service and Credit, supporting the creation of requested reports.
