Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Finance Data Analyst based in Austria. You will transform complex financial and operational data into reliable insights to support decision-making and performance monitoring.

You will bridge Finance and technical teams, document data sources, build dashboards, automate analyses, and ensure data quality across ERP, CRM, payroll and SaaS platforms. This is a hands-on role for independent performers who value data integrity, strong communication,

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in data analysis, BI, FP&A analytics, or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across multiple systems.
• SQL proficiency and experience with at least one BI/data viz tool.
• Ability to translate business questions into data requirements and actionable metrics.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, closing, variance analysis, and SaaS metrics.

Aufgaben

• Map and document data sources, systems, ownership, definitions, and data flows.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and reconciliation issues across multiple systems.
• Define data requirements for monthly closing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Transform and model data from warehouses to create reliable datasets.
• Produce recurring analyses, dashboards, and reports for leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with data engineering and system owners to improve integrations and data quality.
• Automate recurring reporting and analytical workflows where possible.
• Maintain documentation on data lineage, definitions, and business rules.
