Requirements include a university degree in a related field, seven years of relevant experience with emphasis on human rights, and fluent English, with knowledge of another OSCE region language as a plus. The position is seconded and based in Vienna.

Qualifikationen

• First-level university degree in international relations or related field.
• Seven years of progressive experience in political affairs with focus on human rights (five years with second-level degree).
• Experience with international organizations and OSCE is an asset.
• Strong understanding of counter-terrorism framework and OSCE/UN documents.
• Gender awareness and ability to integrate gender perspectives.
• Ability to work in a diverse, impartial team.
• Digital literacy to operate Windows apps including word processing and email.

Aufgaben

• Conceive, develop, implement and evaluate OSCE counter-terrorism programmes; monitor progress and propose actions.
• Portfolio management across thematic areas; identify gaps and propose courses of action.
• Represent TNTD/ATU in counter-terrorism activities with OSCE bodies and international partners.
• Coordinate portfolio activities across OSCE institutions and field operations; report as required.
• Foster synergies with partners; advise fund managers to meet counter-terrorism goals.
• Identify needs and resources with participating States; assist in tasking.
• Support H//TNTD/ATU in guiding fund managers to achieve objectives.
