Zusammenfassung

OSCE Secretariat in Vienna seeks an Assistant Project Officer in the Environmental Co-Operation Unit to support climate-related security projects. You will assist with planning, implementation and reporting, working under supervision with a focus on data collection, event support and documentation.

The role requires two years of relevant experience, strong English, and effective teamwork within a multinational context.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences or related field.
Two years of professional experience in project planning, implementation and reporting.
Excellent oral and written communication in English.
Ability to collect, organize and summarize information from multiple sources.
Gender awareness and sensitivity; ability to work with diverse teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP software experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

Assist with research and monitoring developments in relevant thematic/geographical areas.
Support organizing and implementing project activities such as workshops, missions and trainings.
Prepare inputs for progress/financial reports and background materials; proofreading and formatting.
Monitor workplans, deliverables, budgets and expenditure; maintain project records.
Provide administrative and logistical support for in-person, online and hybrid events.
