• Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers across the store.
• Drive store performance by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned areas.
• Address customer and team member concerns and escalate when appropriate.
• Protect company assets and uphold policies; perform other tasks as needed.
