A&F HCo Stores AT GmbH is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience. You will act as the Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates while driving store performance.

Responsibilities include performing store routines, operating POS systems, analyzing sales reports, and building visual displays. The role requires at least 20 hours of work weekly with a salary starting at €31,524.27 annually.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English & German (CEFR B2) is required.
• At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.
