Zusammenfassung

ENPULSION is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to guide customers through space missions, from pre-sales to on-orbit operations. You will serve as the technical partner ensuring product performance, clear communication, and successful mission outcomes with a strong emphasis on documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a Master’s in engineering or related field, 3+ years in aerospace, Python experience, and the ability to travel to customer facilities.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in engineering/physics/mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of professional aerospace experience.
• Knowledge of propulsion systems used for satellite mobility is beneficial.
• Familiarity with ECSS/ITAR regulatory frameworks is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Be the main technical contact for project management of key customers.
• Analyze customer requirements and develop compliance matrices.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team and assist with integrations.
• Support on-orbit operations and ground testing activities as needed.
• Analyze telemetry and automate data analysis with Python scripts.
• Produce clear technical documentation and reports.
