Barracuda in Innsbruck is seeking a Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect to provide presales support, run workshops, validate technical requirements, deliver product demonstrations, and guide customers through the evaluation phase.

You will collaborate with sales, product management and partners to tailor secure cloud and network security solutions, answer advanced questions, conduct security assessments, and help close opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2+ years in Sales Engineering or a similar pre-sales role.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge across users, networks and apps.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Aufgaben

• Gather client requirements and shape high-level security solutions.
• Lead technical engagements, such as workshops and design sessions.
• Deliver product demonstrations and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and partners to close opportunities.
• Conduct security assessments and propose remediation.
• Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales.
