deltaconX AG in Vienna, Austria, is seeking a Solution Expert to help clients implement and operate the deltaconX platform. You will act as the bridge between customers, Service Desk, Product Management and Development to address complex functional topics and design practical software solutions.

This role emphasizes hands-on delivery over routine support, collaborating with customers and partners to improve the product and internal processes.

As a Solution Expert, you will play an important role in helping our clients successfully implement and operate the deltaconX platform. Acting as the link between our customers, Service Desk, Product Management, and Development, you will support complex functional topics, contribute to solution design, and help ensure knowledge is effectively shared across the organization.

Rather than focusing on day-to-day operational support, you will work on more complex customer scenarios, support solution delivery, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform and internal processes.

This role involves regular collaboration with customers and partners and requires travel of up to 50% to support workshops, solution design sessions, implementations, onboarding activities, and other customer‑facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Experience working with enterprise software or SaaS solutions in roles such as Solution Consultant, Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, Application Support, Implementation Consultant, or similar.
• Understanding of regulatory reporting, financial services, or fintech is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate customer requirements into practical software solutions.
• Experience with APIs, XML, CSV, or other structured data formats is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured and organized working style with strong attention to detail.
• Fluent English is required; German is considered an advantage.
• Hands‑on mentality with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Open to adopting and working with modern AI‑assisted tools as part of the daily workflow.

Requirements

• Support the resolution of complex customer scenarios involving regulatory and functional requirements.
• Assist Product Management in clarifying business requirements and validating solution approaches
• Work closely with Solution Delivery, Product Management, Development, and the Service Desk during customer implementations and complex projects.
• Provide guidance on platform functionality and regulatory reporting processes.
• Support the creation and maintenance of internal documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge articles.
• Help identify recurring customer questions and contribute to improving internal knowledge sharing.
• Provide guidance to the Service Desk on complex functional topics without taking ownership of daily operational support.
• Act as an escalation point for complex functional, regulatory, and application‑specific topics with business impact.
• Collaborate with Product Management on regulatory changes, schema updates, and product enhancements.
• Work closely with Development to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Identify recurring customer challenges and propose improvements to products, processes, or documentation.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable recommendations for Product Management and Engineering.
• Support post‑implementation reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the definition of internal and external data quality validation procedures during customer onboarding and go‑live activities.
• Travel to customer locations (up to 50%) to support workshops, implementations, onboarding activities, and solution delivery.
