For the expansion of our team, we are looking for a Data Engineer / ETL Developer (m/f/x), who is interested in further developing our existing data platform and reporting services.

• Technical University degree or proven comparable qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in maintenance/development of the ETL solutions
• Passion for working with data in order to accurately model and analyze complex systems such as financial instruments and regulatory reporting
• Solid background in programming languages like Python/Scala/Java etc. Python is a must.
• Good SQL knowledge (PostgreSQL is a plus)
• Strong interest in financial domain and desire to develop data solutions in the financial field (previous experience working with data in financial field is a plus)
• Owning the existing ingestion (web scrappers, S3/FTP sync, email servers, etc.), transformations (SQL, Python), and interface (Data Warehouse Design, API)
• Build tools and automation capabilities for data pipelines that improve the efficiency, quality and resiliency of our data platform
• Monitor and troubleshoot data ingestion incidents by performing root cause analysis and implementing the appropriate fixes to the data pipeline
• Design and implementation of the Data Pipelines and Data Integration Processes (ELT/ETL) for our data platform
• Work closely with product experts to reflect data quality needs for the existing products and services as well as for new solutions
