Qualifikationen

• Degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a closely related technical field.
• Deep understanding of renewable energies, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and grid technologies.
• Strong track record in designing and engineering Utility or C&I PV and BESS projects.
• Solid project management skills with cross-functional teamwork.
• Highly structured, solution-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and/or German; practical proficiency in MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert technical consulting to internal teams and external partners during the pre-sales phase.
• Lead the design and engineering of PV and BESS for Utility and C&I projects.
• Present tailored technical solutions to prospective clients and collaborate with Sales to finalize proposals.
• Conduct professional project design trainings for customers and EPC partners, and provide hands-on onsite training during commissioning.
• Act as a subject matter expert, supporting Field Service with technical insights during commissioning.
• Serve as the focal point for utility teams and key accounts, fostering cross-regional alignment and partnerships.
• Continuously streamline workflows and share best practices to drive efficiency and improvements.
• Represent the company as a technical expert at industry exhibitions and events.
