Job summary

The role focuses on designing PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems for Utility and Commercial & Industrial sectors, with strong emphasis on pre-sales consulting and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with Sales and internal teams, train customers, and contribute to efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related technical field.
• Deep understanding of renewable energies, BESS, and grid technologies.
• Strong track record in designing PV and BESS projects for Utility or C&I.
• Solid project management skills with cross-functional teamwork.
• Structured, solution-oriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and/or German; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical consulting to internal teams and external partners during the pre-sales phase.
• Lead the design and engineering of PV and BESS for Utility and C&I projects.
• Present tailored technical solutions to prospective clients and support proposals with Sales.
• Deliver onsite training during commissioning and post-commissioning support.
• Act as SME, supporting Field Service with technical insights during commissioning.
• Foster cross-regional alignment and long-term partnerships with key accounts.
• Streamline workflows and share best practices to drive efficiency.
• Represent the company as a technical expert at industry events.
