Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent computer, troubleshooting and statistical process control skills.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English.
• Good knowledge of operating system principles and basic hardware capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including testing, analysis and maintenance of the software system.
• Participate in the SW deployment process ensuring qualified Software Products are installed at customer facilities.
• Perform troubleshooting of system software related issues.
• Provide in-house and onsite support of customer install base and resolve issues.
• Test, troubleshoot and clearly propagate errors to SW and HW development engineers.
• Set up and maintain tool simulators, testing environments and lab support to reproduce issues and verify SW solutions.
• Understand customer technology and productivity needs and relay requirements into software development.
• Prepare presentations for Lam internal stakeholders and customers; travel worldwide up to 25%.
