Job summary

MED-EL in Innsbruck, Austria, is seeking a full-time software administrator to support and optimize our applications. You will handle user support, coordinate updates with cross-functional teams, and implement improvements to meet evolving business needs.

The role also involves creating validation docs, testing new or modified apps, and conducting user training so staff can confidently operate the software tools. A degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with databases, reporting, and configuring software applications is a plus.
• English proficiency; German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative tasks, including user support for software applications.
• Evaluate and coordinate updates for the software applications with colleagues from various departments.
• Configure, implement, and continuously optimize software applications to meet evolving business needs.
• Create validation documentation and conduct thorough testing for newly developed or modified applications.
• Hold training sessions, empowering users to confidently work with the software applications.
