Zusammenfassung

MED-EL in Innsbruck, Austria, is seeking a full-time software administrator to support and optimize our applications. You will handle user support, coordinate updates with cross-functional teams, and implement improvements to meet evolving business needs.

The role also involves creating validation docs, testing new or modified apps, and conducting user training so staff can confidently operate the software tools. A degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with databases, reporting, and configuring software applications is a plus.
• English proficiency; German a plus.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher degree (University, FH) in Computer Science, IT, or demonstrated equivalent experience
• Work experience with databases, report creation, and configure software applications is a plus
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus
• Good problem-solving abilities, organizational skills and analytical thinking

Minimum Salary: Annual gross salary from € 54,723.53, based on professional qualification and experience.
