OGS Software and Services GmbH in Vienna seeks a Test Manager to guide testing activities across projects in the Greater Vienna area. You will help ensure high quality software while gradually taking on more responsibility for planning, coordinating, and monitoring testing efforts.

Ideal candidates have experience in software testing and are ready to advance to test management, collaborating with developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in software testing and QA.
• Experience coordinating testing activities in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe).
• Ability to collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality.
• Experience designing test cases and executing manual and automated tests.
• Documenting and reporting test results to project stakeholders.
• Supporting the selection, implementation, and optimization of testing tools.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes, methods and quality standards.
• Supporting test teams as well as planning and coordinating testing resources.
