Job summary

OGS Software and Services GmbH in Vienna seeks a Test Manager to guide testing activities across projects in the Greater Vienna area. You will help ensure high quality software while gradually taking on more responsibility for planning, coordinating, and monitoring testing efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience in software testing and QA.
• Experience coordinating testing activities in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe).
• Ability to collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality.
• Experience designing test cases and executing manual and automated tests.
• Documenting and reporting test results to project stakeholders.
• Supporting the selection, implementation, and optimization of testing tools.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes, methods and quality standards.
• Supporting test teams as well as planning and coordinating testing resources.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Coordinate and monitor testing activities in an agile development environment (Scrum/SAFe).
• Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality of software solutions.
• Analyze requirements, design test cases, and execute manual and automated tests.
• Document and report test results to project stakeholders.
• Support the selection, implementation, and optimization of appropriate testing tools.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methods, and quality standards.
• Support test teams as well as planning and coordinating testing resources.
