BearingPoint in Vienna is seeking a Software Engineer to help build modern banking solutions using Java, Spring Boot and React. You will design and implement enterprise-grade applications and contribute to cloud-native architectures, microservices, and CI/CD practices.

Join an agile team, collaborate with business analysts and QA, and help modernise banking tech. English fluency is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Professional experience in software development and sound knowledge of Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with React, JavaScript or TypeScript and with REST APIs, microservices and relational databases.
• Familiarity with at least one cloud platform such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud; Docker, Kubernetes or CI/CD experience is welcome.
• A structured and collaborative way of working, with an interest in high-quality, maintainable software.
• Experience in banking or financial services, event-driven architectures or Kafka is an advantage, not a requirement.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.

Your individual performance and experience are reflected in your compensation. The monthly gross salary for this position starts at EUR 4,000. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we are happy to offer a higher salary.
