As a Java Developer (m/f/d), you will work on innovative software development projects in an international fintech and banking environment. You develop modern, scalable applications and actively contribute your technical knowledge to our agile team. You will take responsibility for technical decisions, coach junior developers and optimize existing architectures. Your tasks: Development of new features and development of existing applications based on customer and business requirements. Work in agile, cross-functional teams with developers, testers, product managers, and business analysts. Involvement in architectural decisions and continuous technological development. Collaboration in the development and optimization of interfaces (APIs, microservices). Conducting code reviews, pair programming and mentoring junior developers. Using modern CI/CD pipelines and automation tools to optimize the development process. Close collaboration with international teams and technical coordination with relevant stakeholders.
