ABB in Austria is seeking a Shift Leader Electronics Manufacturing to lead a three-shift production team, driving safe, quality-focused operations and on-time delivery.

You will develop team members, ensure schedules and targets, and foster continuous improvement while maintaining strict safety and ESD practices in a high-demand environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical education or vocational training (apprenticeship, technical school or comparable qualification).
• Professional experience in a production environment, ideally with initial leadership or coordination experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with high attention to detail.
• Structured, solution-oriented approach with a focus on quality.
• Good German language skills (written and spoken) and willingness to work in a 3-shift operation.

• Lead and develop a shift team; conduct development discussions and personnel decisions.
