By combining technical innovation with efficient and scalable production processes, you will make a significant contribution to quality, productivity, and the future readiness of our manufacturing operations.Work model: On-site, with up to 10 home office days per month.Lead sub-projects for the industrialization of new products and support the transfer to serial production at international manufacturing sites.Plan, design, and implement efficient production, assembly, and material flow processes, including cycle time analysis, capacity planning, and layout design.Develop, procure, and implement machines, production equipment, and tooling, including the preparation of technical specifications and requirements documents, while continuously advancing global manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.Contribute to product development and capital investment projects with a focus on Design for Manufacturing (DfM), Design for Automation (DfA), and sustainable production concepts, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies and FMEA to drive continuous improvement of processes and equipment.Our Team DynamicsOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning.
