Your Role & Responsibilities

• Take the lead of a shift team in our production and work together with your team to ensure safe, quality-focused and reliable production operations.
• In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
• The work model for the role is: onsite in a 3-shift operation.
• Lead and develop the employees within your shift team, including conducting development discussions and contributing to personnel decisions.
• Ensure delivery schedules as well as quality and performance targets are met within the shift.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational safety, ESD protection and workplace conduct requirements.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within your area of responsibility.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

• Completed technical education or vocational training (apprenticeship, technical school or comparable qualification)
• Professional experience in a production environment, ideally with initial leadership or coordination experience
• Very good communication and teamwork skills combined with a high level of attention to detail
• Structured and solution-oriented approach with a strong focus on quality
• Experience with MS Office and SAP
• Very good German skills, both written and spoken, and willingness to work in a 3-shift operation

The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 48.287,12 EUR annually for a full-time position as of May 2026.
