• Maintain and optimize wet chemical and plasma etch equipment to ensure high availability
• Troubleshoot and repair complex systems with OEM partners
• Plan and support preventive maintenance activities to improve tool performance
• Manage spare parts and contribute to equipment upgrades and process improvements
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and operations to support production goals
• Create and maintain technical documentation and data tracking in MES systems
• Identify and implement improvements in tools, processes, and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and promote a safe working environment
