Collaborating with maintenance, R&D and quality, you will refine processes and lead initiatives in a fast-changing environment. Fluent German and English are required; Master in engineering or natural sciences is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in engineering or natural sciences or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Six Sigma Green Belt desirable.
• Experience with process control methodologies and systems (SPC, FDC).

Aufgaben

• Data-based control and monitoring of the plasma etch process using machine or measurement data (SPC, FDC).
• Solve process or equipment problems in cooperation with departments or suppliers.
• Evaluate and implement process improvements to reduce costs and improve yield and robustness.
• Transfer new technologies to production in collaboration with R&D and process integration.
• Interface with maintenance, R&D, line control, suppliers and quality teams.
