Hitachi Energy Ltd is seeking a Senior Photolithography Engineer to develop and optimize photolithography processes for semiconductor manufacturing. You will work with advanced lithography equipment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive improvements in production stability, uptime and process performance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Science or Physics with 5+ years in industry, or master’s degree with 3+ years in industry or Ph.D. with industry experience.
• Extensive experience in wafer photolithography operations, especially coating and exposure in Steppers.
• Familiarity with automated wafer factory software systems like SPC, MES; experience with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of optics and immersion lithography.
• Proficiency in data science and programming is preferred.
• Good English and German language skills.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.

Aufgaben

• Ensure production program and yield goals are met; address yield and rework issues.
• Engage with equipment and material vendors to develop solutions and improve processes.
• Develop new techniques, modify designs, and coordinate process improvement projects.
• Analyze process data to identify trends, optimize performance, and troubleshoot issues (SPC).
• Plan and implement new machinery into the production line.
• Collaborate with process integration, wet etch, diffusion, metals, dry etch and implant teams.
• Supports some metrology tools to measure CD and Overlay.
• On-call duties on weekends and public holidays as required.
