Team Leader Automation Engineering (m/f/d)

As team leader for automation technology, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of innovative automation solutions in the field of crane system construction.

Responsibilities

• Technical and disciplinary management of a dedicated team of automation engineers, PLC programmers and electrical planners
• Responsibility for the planning, implementation and continuous optimization of automation projects
• Coordination of internal and external resources to ensure that the project is completed on time
• Integration and further development of modern sensor solutions for process monitoring and quality assurance
• Standardization of automation processes and further development
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and applicable norms
• Optional involvement in electrical planning, in particular in the selection and design of control components and circuit diagrams
• Support during commissioning and in analyzing and rectifying technical faults
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with other specialist departments such as sales, production and project management

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed studies in the field of automation technology, electrical engineering or comparable technical training
• Several years of professional experience in industrial automation – ideally with management experience

The salary for this position is from an all-in salary of € 63,000 gross/year for full-time and permanent employment (collective agreement for the metalworking industry). Depending on your qualifications and experience, an overpayment is provided.
