Team Leader Automation Engineering (m/f/d)
As team leader for automation technology, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of innovative automation solutions in the field of crane system construction.
Responsibilities
- Technical and disciplinary management of a dedicated team of automation engineers, PLC programmers and electrical planners
- Responsibility for the planning, implementation and continuous optimization of automation projects
- Coordination of internal and external resources to ensure that the project is completed on time
- Integration and further development of modern sensor solutions for process monitoring and quality assurance
- Standardization of automation processes and further development
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and applicable norms
- Optional involvement in electrical planning, in particular in the selection and design of control components and circuit diagrams
- Support during commissioning and in analyzing and rectifying technical faults
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other specialist departments such as sales, production and project management
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies in the field of automation technology, electrical engineering or comparable technical training
- Several years of professional experience in industrial automation – ideally with management experience
- Sound knowledge of PLC programming, especially with Siemens TIA Portal
- Experience in the integration of industrial sensor technology and its application in process optimization
- Knowledge of electrical planning with tools such as EPLAN is an advantage
- Familiar with industrial networks, visualization systems and drive technology
- High level of communication skills, leadership and team orientation
- Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills

The salary for this position is from an all-in salary of € 63,000 gross/year for full-time and permanent employment (collective agreement for the metalworking industry). Depending on your qualifications and experience, an overpayment is provided.
