Job summary

Hotel Alpina Rauris in Austria is seeking hospitality staff for full-time and part-time positions. You will greet guests, seat them, take orders, serve and assist with beverages, while maintaining a warm, professional presence.

You’ll work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. German language required; basic English helpful; prior guest-facing experience is a plus.

• Recommending and serving beverages, including wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks
• Friendly and professional communication with guests, answering questions, and fulfilling special requests
• Collaboration with kitchen staff and other service team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Handling guest complaints, being solution-oriented, and ensuring satisfaction
