Zusammenfassung

SINGLE USE SUPPORT GMBH is seeking a hands-on technician to install and maintain high-tech equipment in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. You will ensure the commissioning and troubleshooting of our systems while traveling up to 90% internationally.

The ideal candidate has technical education and experience in regulated environments, with a good command of English. This role requires someone who can work independently and represents the company with professionalism.

Qualifikationen

• Technical education in a relevant field.
• Experience in service or machine building, especially in pharma/biotech is a plus.
• Hands-on mindset and willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Install, commission, and start up systems at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot and repair high-tech equipment.
• Train customer personnel on operation and maintenance.

• Installation, commissioning, and startup of our systems at customer sites worldwide
• Troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of high-tech equipment
• Supporting qualification activities (IQ/OQ) in regulated environments
• Training customer personnel on operation and maintenance
• Acting as the technical interface to customers during service assignments
• Preparation of service reports and documentation
• Supporting continuous product improvement through field feedback

Education

• Technical education in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar
• Experience in service, machine building, or industrial environments (pharma/biotech is a plus)
• Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel up to 90% internationally
• Good English skills; German is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally
