Qualifikationen

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and supporting mission-critical healthcare software solutions across hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare organizations throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support system interfaces between customer environments and healthcare IT solutions.
• Analyze customer technical requirements and translate them into scalable implementation concepts.
• Install and configure server-based applications, virtual machines, databases, and interface software.
• Support software deployment activities, including validation, testing, and go-live execution.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure successful project delivery and risk mitigation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure, integrations, and software deployments.
• Ensure stability, performance, and reliability of installed customer solutions.
• Work closely with product development teams by providing customer feedback and technical insights.

Qualifications

• Experience working on customer-facing technical projects is highly desirable.
• Fluent Polish language skills are required.
• Good English communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10%).
