ISG Personalmanagement GmbH is recruiting for a Server Engineer – Solution Deployment in Vienna. You will implement, integrate, and support mission-critical healthcare software solutions across hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare organizations throughout Europe.

You will design interfaces, analyze requirements, install server-based apps, VMs and databases, and ensure go-live readiness while collaborating with project managers and cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, databases and networking.
• Experience with system integration, deployment, or implementation projects.
• Knowledge of secure IT infrastructure in enterprise environments.

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, integrating, and supporting mission‑critical healthcare software solutions across hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare organizations throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support system interfaces between customer environments and healthcare IT solutions.
• Analyze customer technical requirements and translate them into scalable implementation concepts.
• Install and configure server‑based applications, virtual machines, databases, and interface software.
• Support software deployment activities, including validation, testing, and go‑live execution.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure successful project delivery and risk mitigation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure, integrations, and software deployments.
• Ensure stability, performance, and reliability of installed customer solutions.
• Work closely with product development teams by providing customer feedback and technical insights.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and compliance with quality management standards.
• Support international implementation projects and customer deployments across Europe.
