T-Systems Austria can look back on many years of experience in this environment, particularly in the area of hospital information systems. In order to be able to further expand our business, we would like to strengthen our successful team in Austria. As a Healthcare Consultant (m/f/d) for our locations in Vienna and Graz, you will support our customers in the introduction and expansion of clinical systems in close cooperation with the existing team. In doing so, you will gradually develop into an expert in modern hospital information systems and their use in clinical processes.

Your responsibilities include:

• Active participation in customer projects in the area of clinical systems
• Development of product and process expertise in hospital information systems and clinical applications
• Advising our customers on configuration, process and application options for our clinical systems
• Development and implementation of solution concepts in close cooperation with customers and project teams
• Analysis of requirements as well as configuration, customizing and solution-oriented development of the systems used
• Support with testing, quality assurance and documentation
• Implementation of user training and knowledge transfer to customers and colleagues
• Collaboration in the continuous development of our healthcare solutions

Your profile:

• Enthusiasm for digitizing healthcare and optimising clinical processes through modern software solutions
• Enjoyment of diving deep into new topics and acquiring both clinical process knowledge and technical product know-how
• Analytical and structured way of working
• Adequate appearance with the customer with appropriate communication and presentation skills

You have at least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience Knowledge in configuration, customizing or business analysis is an advantage Willingness to travel at home and abroad (20%)
