Job summary

Red Hat is seeking a trusted technical advisor to align Red Hat solutions with business objectives across the full sales lifecycle. You will drive solution design, adoption, and success through collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams. Preference for candidates based in Vienna, Austria.

You will lead technical engagements, develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and ensure successful onboarding and adoption of Red Hat solutions across accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a solution architect in complex sales cycles.
• Proven ability to guide customers from need discovery to solution design.

Responsibilities

• Become the technical leader at assigned customer accounts and build trusted advisor relationships.
• Provide guidance on all technical aspects of the sales process to the Sales team.
• Collaborate with Sales to understand customer requirements and mitigate technical blockers.
• Assist in developing proposals and responding to RFPs with technical expertise.
• Design solutions addressing customer challenges aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the technical sales conversation and demonstrate how Red Hat solutions meet customer needs.
• Create and execute Customer Success Plans with cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding and adoption.
