• Proven ability to sustain IT service levels and high guest satisfaction
• Experience leading, motivating and developing teams
• Ability to work in open environments with frequent collaboration with customers and peers

• Serve as point of escalation for complex IT operational challenges
• Develop and maintain Shipboard IT training and development plans
• Develop and monitor Shipboard IT performance evaluation plans (KPIs)
• Define and drive standardized Shipboard IT operational practices
• Analyze incidents to maximize uptime and reduce repeats
• Communicate IT performance and issues to IT Fleet Management with data reports
• Plan and coordinate shipboard IT participation in special events
• Foster relationships with shipboard resources and support teams
• Update operational policies (SQM) and SOPs onboard
• Ensure IT functions comply with governance (SQM, SOX, PCI)
• Evaluate technology funding requests and maintain lifecycle of vessel tech
• Participate in Emergency Management Team for operational changes
• Oversee a multi-vessel IT budget across the fleet
