Roche in Basel seeks a Senior Infrastructure Business Operations Manager within the xRED FinOps & Technical Enablement team. You will establish and operate business, financial, and governance mechanisms to support infrastructure decision-making across cloud and on-prem environments.

You will partner with R&D, finance, and procurement to improve visibility, forecasting, showback, and investment governance, turning complex data into clear recommendations for leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in infrastructure operations, FinOps, or cloud economics.
• Strong track record in budgeting, forecasting, cost attribution, showback and investment decisions.
• Deep analytical skills to translate usage and cost data into actionable leadership recommendations.
• Familiar with cloud pricing models (Savings Plans, RI) and cloud financial tools like Cloudability.
• Able to influence across matrix organisations with technical, finance, and business stakeholders.

• Support forecasting, budgeting, showback, and financial planning for cloud/on‑prem environments.
• Translate cost data into decision‑ready insights for leaders and technical teams.
• Collaborate with finance, portfolio, R&D, and procurement to align demand with budget and priorities.

• Contribute to governance models for AI infrastructure and hybrid environments.
