Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in cruise operations.

• Fluency in English; any additional European languages, especially German, would help.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Ensure operational data is maintained accurately within internal systems.
• Validate cruise manifests and communicate updates to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure guest counts and services are confirmed accurately and on time.
• Act as a liaison between ships, managers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Monitor itineraries and implement alternative solutions during operational disruptions.
• Coordinate special requests, group services, and charter requirements.
• Analyze guest and manager feedback and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Manage operational updates related to air schedule changes and ground services.
• Maintain accurate data within internal operational systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with operational partners and service providers.
• Participate in operational reviews, meetings, and emergency response activities.
• Support crisis management efforts and emergency phone duty as required.
