Job summary

Bybit is seeking a hands-on Senior Security Specialist to lead and oversee key security initiatives. You will strengthen our security posture, drive certifications, and ensure robust access governance—working closely with the CISO to protect infrastructure and data assets.

Key areas include IAM, network security, security reporting, audit support, and compliance. You will coordinate certification efforts (PCI DSS, ISO 27001) and manage security projects with a global team in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on information security experience.
• Proven track record in security project implementation and management.
• Experience in IAM, network security, or compliance programs.
• Certifications would be a strong plus (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA).
• IAM-related certifications (e.g. Microsoft Identity, SailPoint, Okta).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain IAM frameworks and policies.
• Oversee access rights management, provisioning and reviews.
• Lead MFA rollout across systems and users.
• Ensure least-privilege principles are applied and audited.
• Oversee network security controls and threat detection.
• Coordinate security reporting, audits and remediation.
• Drive security certifications (PCI DSS, ISO 27001) with CISO.
