Zusammenfassung

CNT Management Consulting AG is looking for an experienced SAP HCM ABAP developer to design and implement SAP HCM solutions, including self‑service in Fiori, and to guide extensions across SAP products.

You will collaborate with a multinational team across Europe and the USA, contribute to workshops, and support the sales cycle while ensuring high quality documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Over 4 years of ABAP development for SAP HCM and related modules.
• Experience with SAP Self‑Services in Fiori and new SAP HCM/SuccessFactors solutions.
• Certification or proven equivalent experience in HCM/SAP S/4HANA.

Aufgaben

• Design and technically implement SAP HCM solutions, including custom extensions.
• Implement and maintain self‑service solutions in Fiori.
• Coordinate sub‑projects and provide project leadership.
• Advise clients on SAP HCM/SuccessFactors configurations.
• Ensure QA and documentation during implementation and optimization.
• Provide second/third‑level support for HCM AS solutions.
• Plan workshops, trainings, and client presentations.
• Contribute to sales through proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate within CNT Competence Teams on current topics.

These are your tasks:

• Designing and technically implementing SAP HCM solutions, as well as overseeing the development of custom extensions and programming
• Implementing new and maintaining existing self‑service solutions in Fiori
• Project management and coordination of sub‑projects
• Advising and supporting our clients in the implementation and customization of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions in accordance with their specific requirements and business processes
• Taking responsibility for quality assurance and documentation as part of the implementation and optimisation of SAP HCM solutions.
• Second‑ and third‑level support as part of our HCM Application Service to provide solutions quickly and efficiently when errors occur
• Planning and conducting workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients and internal teams.
• Contributing to the sales cycle, including proposal preparation and client presentations
• Actively collaborating and participating in knowledge sharing within the CNT Competence Teams, including on current topics such as H4S4, hybrid deployments, public and private cloud, Fiori, etc.
• Mentoring and coaching our young professionals and providing technical guidance to consultants
• Continuous development of hard and soft skills through internal and external training opportunities

What you should bring with you:

• More than 4 years of experience in ABAP development for SAP HCM; knowledge of Fiori/UI5 and OData is desirable
• Experience in the development and implementation of SAP Self‑Services in Fiori
• Completed certification or proof of comparable experience
  • C_HCMP_2311 SAP HCM for SAP S/4HANA or C_THR12_2311 SAP HCM Payroll for SAP S/4HANA
  • C_ABAPD Back‑End Developer ABAP Cloud
• Knowledge or experience with other modules of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
• Several years of experience in project work and strong consulting expertise
• In‑depth knowledge of HR‑related topics, particularly HR processes
• Strong affinity for modern (cloud) technologies
• High flexibility and willingness to travel
• Interest in open and constructive collaboration
• Business‑level proficiency in German and English
