EMTensor GmbH in Vienna, Austria, is seeking an experienced PCB layout engineer to own the layout of an eight-layer mixed-signal board for our microwave tomography instrument. You will take the board from placement to a released fabrication package and stay with it through the first build.

You will work directly with the schematic engineer, FPGA engineer and system architect, with no project-management layer between you and design decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Eight or more years of board-level PCB layout experience.
• Real RF layout experience with antenna ports, RF traces, matching and shielding.
• Proficient in Altium Designer; quick tool-switch acceptable.
• Experience with stack-up, controlled impedance, microstrip and coplanar waveguide.
• Fluency in Gerbers, drill data, DFM and manufacturing packaging.

Aufgaben

• Own the PCB layout for eight-layer mixed-signal boards from placement to fabrication package.
• Collaborate directly with schematic, FPGA, and system architect engineers.
• RF routing and impedance control throughout the design.
• Validate designs with fabricator discussions and first-article acceptance.
