YOUR ROLE IN THE WORLD OF DO & CO

As a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d), you ensure the highest standards in hygiene, food safety and compliance both in our production units and at international premium events such as Formula 1, Football European and World Championships, tennis tournamentsand many more.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensuring food law requirements and hygiene standards based on HACCP (including allergens)
• Monitoring quality assurance and cleaning processes as well as identifying risks
• Conducting audits and sampling as well as ensuring complete correct documentation
• Continuous process improvement
• Training employees and supporting event planning

Qualifications
