Job summary

DO & CO, headquartered in Vienna, Austria, seeks a Head of Crew Control (m/f/d) to act as the central contact for the event crew across the DO & CO Group. The role covers coordinating culinary, service and logistics teams at national and international flagship events.

You will oversee staff scheduling, travel arrangements and day-to-day operational support, ensuring smooth execution of high-profile events such as Formula 1 and major global tournaments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced premium hospitality.

• Structured, detail-oriented, highly organized way of working.
• Ability to coordinate teams from small to 250 employees.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and interest in staff development.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Excellent German and English; other languages are a plus.

• Overseeingstaff schedulingand ensuring theeffective implementation ofstaff schedule

• Providing trusted,solution-orientedsupport to employees in resolving day-to-day operational challenges

• Managing all travel arrangements, includingflights,accommodationand local transportation for event teams

OUR ATTRACTIVE OFFER

Starting salary from €5,000 gross per monthbased on full-time employment(all-in contract), with the willingness to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and individual agreement.
