DO & CO in Vienna is seeking a Head of Crew Control (m/f/d) to act as central point of contact for the entire event crew across the group. You will coordinate culinary, service, and logistics teams at flagship events nationally and internationally, including Formula 1, FIFA World Cups, and major golf and tennis tournaments.

The role oversees staff scheduling, travel arrangements for event teams, and provides solution-oriented support.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or similar environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and passion for people.
• Structured, detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to coordinate teams up to 250 employees.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages an advantage.

Acting as the primary contact for our culinary-, service-andlogisticsteamsat national and international flagship events, includingFormula 1, FIFA World Cups, UEFA European Championships, golf and tennis tournaments, ski races, as well as exclusive private events throughout Austria

Overseeingstaff schedulingand ensuring theeffective implementation ofstaff schedule

Providing trusted,solution-orientedsupport to employees in resolving day-to-day operational challenges

Managing all travel arrangements, includingflights,accommodationand local transportation for event teams

Qualifications

5+ years of experiencein a comparable leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced premium hospitality or similarly demanding environment

A genuine passion for working with people and an approachable, open-minded personality

A structured, detail-oriented, and highly organized way of working

Proven ability to coordinate small teams as well as larger groups of up to 250 employees
