Job summary

DO & CO, a world-leading premium hospitality and catering group, seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist (m/w/d) to ensure top hygiene, food safety and compliance across production units and international events.

The role requires 8+ years in food safety and quality management, a degree in food technology or related field, willingness to travel to major events, and fluent German and English. Based in Vienna city center with daily lunch.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in food safety and quality management.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP/ISO 22000 is an advantage.
• Excellent communication in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food law requirements and hygiene standards (HACCP, allergens).
• Monitor QA and cleaning processes; identify risks.
• Conduct audits and sampling; maintain proper documentation.
• Drive continuous process improvement; train staff.
• Support event planning and on-site quality assurance.
