Qualifications

• Hands-on B2C product experience with activation and onboarding.
• Experience with discovery-driven products involving large catalogs or offers.
• Understanding of search, matching, and recommendation systems.
• Experience with segmentation and personalization.
• Experience in marketplaces/e-commerce with large catalogs or discovery-driven products.
• Ability to define hypotheses and measurable success criteria.
• Proven track record delivering product from idea through evaluation.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments.
• Strong mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-purchase customer journey focusing on activation, relevance, and value delivery.
• Optimize offer volume and recommendation quality to avoid overwhelming users.
• Improve relevance and trust in recommendations and invitations to customers.
• Increase the likelihood of a quality match within the first week for new customers.
• Design engagement mechanics: gamification, nudges, reminders, and reactivation features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and data/ML teams to ship improvements.
• Run experiments, analyze results, and scale successful solutions.
