Qualifikationen
- Six to nine years of presales engineer experience required.
- Proficient in Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Experience with RDS/AVD/AWS/Citrix/VMware Horizon.
- Excellent communication in English and German.
- Able to travel 2–3 weeks per month.
Aufgaben
- Be part of a presales team for IGEL customers in DACH.
- Technical contact for discovery, qualification, and post-sales handover.
- Build and maintain customer/partner rapport via virtual meetings and on-site visits.
- Analyze customer needs and develop technical solutions.
- Prepare, execute, and support proofs of concepts.
- Take ownership of RFIs, RFPs, and public tenders and respond in time.
- Architect solutions with customers and partners per IGEL reference architecture and best practices.
- Assist partners to integrate solutions into IGEL OS and hand over to IGEL Ready team.
- Collaborate with Development, Customer Engineering, Advanced Services, Sales, Marketing and Leadership.
