Job summary

Pangea represents a leading European energy company seeking a senior leader for proprietary trading to drive growth across CWE and cross-border markets. You will lead the trading desk, own P&L, risk, and capital allocation, and shape strategies across intraday and day-ahead trading.

Qualifications

• Proven senior power trading or trading management experience with significant P&L ownership.
• Deep knowledge of European power markets, CWE and short-term trading.
• Strong track record in risk management, alpha generation, and portfolio optimisation.
• Leadership skills to build and motivate a trading team.
• Relocation to Switzerland is essential.

Responsibilities
