• Strong understanding of microfabrication process flows.
• Experience with traceability/MES workflows is a plus.

• Maintain an end-to-end overview of process flows and module interfaces.
• Define and maintain reference flows and support readiness reviews.
• Ensure recipe/version control and structured documentation.
