• 5 years of experience as a stepper process engineer in an industrial or applied research semiconductor FAB.
• Hands-on experience with lithography process & metrology tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a research-driven environment supporting multiple stakeholders.

• Develop, optimize, and maintain stepper-based lithography processes.
• Establish repeatable process baselines and maintain control through SPC.
• Lead hands-on troubleshooting and continuous improvement in an R&D setting.
