Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in PDK development and design enablement within semiconductor/photonics/MEMS
• MSc/PhD in EE, Physics, Photonics, Microsystems, or comparable
• Strong interface knowledge between design and fabrication and understanding variability impacts

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain consolidated PDK roadmap aligned with platform evolution
• Establish release management with versioning, notes, and change control
• Coordinate design-to-fab interface for layer definitions, rules, tolerances, and handover
• Own quality of PDK deliverables: DRC/LVS/PEX flows, models, and documentation
• Coordinate validation and calibration with metrology and process teams
• Maintain compatible EDA toolchains and provide reference flows and templates
• Support internal teams and open-access users with onboarding and feedback
• Coordinate documentation and know-how sharing with responsible functions
