MSD Österreich is seeking a Business Unit Director for Pharma Specialty to lead the Austria and Switzerland portfolio with full end-to-end accountability. You will own strategy, P&L, and talent development within a matrix, cross-country setting.

You will drive omnichannel commercialization, market access, and lifecycle management while upholding compliance and integrity. German language strongly preferred; English required.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and delivery of sustained business results.
• Business-level English; German strongly preferred for the Austrian market.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end accountability for the Business Unit's strategic, commercial, financial and people performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, diverse leadership team within the BU.
• Balance country needs with cross-BU priorities and drive cross-functional collaboration.
