MSD seeks a Senior Brand & Customer Manager for Women's Cancers in Austria. You will develop and execute marketing strategies for our oncology portfolio, translating global plans to local brand priorities and leading cross-functional teams to deliver omni-channel campaigns and compliant execution.

Qualifications

• University degree or above in business or life sciences; marketing focus preferred.
• Experience in BCM or oncology marketing is advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for product portfolio and services.
• Translate global strategy into local brand plans (L3) and lead cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with Sales to prepare effective collateral and digital materials.
• Manage budgets and measure campaign performance using data analytics.
• Lead agile brand teams toward commercial excellence in execution.
